I am booking about 3 - 4 weeks ahead due to busy market conditions, but you will get the report the next day. Market Valuations and reinstatement costs still excluded based on my view of RICS guidance at this time.
We had a level 3 survey carried out by Geoff so it was very detailed but also clearly explained and supported by a 'traffic light' system to show what needs doing immediately, in the near future, and what you can forget about. Geoff's service was really prompt too - the survey was done in the afternoon and the full report received the next day, suported by a follow-up call.
Really nice chap too, so I thoroughly recommend anyone to use his services. Excellent service from Palmer's Surveyors. Geoff called in the evening of the day the survey was carried out and gave a brief synopsis. The following morning we received the report which was clear, concise and thorough.
