Services
Moores traces its roots back to Henry Joseph Moore (1905-1982), a gentleman farmer, banker and property owner in County Fermanagh, Ireland.
Born on the family farm in rural Derry, Harry settled in Lisnaskea where he was the manager of Ulster Bank although his real interest was in property.
As early as the 1935 he was regularly quoted as saying that property was the way forward.
As a landowning farmer, Harry took an active interest in the management of this aspect of his life.
This included the purchase of an island within Lough Erne where, in 1959 Harry planted trees to sell as telegraph poles!

Most residential properties (dwellings) are owned directly by individuals.
But in some cases a dwelling may be owned by a company (a corporate partner or other collective investment vehicle).

Mr D B: Dear Richard, Very many thanks for meeting the deadline.
It's interesting that we weren't so far off the present values although we didn't know how we got there.
Now we have a correct starting point from which to work for the future.
Mr Ian Marris: Thankyou very much for the Report and Snag list - I was very impressed with both.
Mr M Gosling: Thanks Richard, on the basis of our conversation we proceeded and will hope to exchange tomorrow.
Ms Caroline C: Thank you for our email copy of our Building Survey Report.

Our service to clients is totally bespoke.
We can therefore tailor our service to your specific requirements.
If you have certain issues that are of concern, these can be incorporated into the scope of the survey.
Alternatively we can devise a report that covers your specific requirements to help 'open your eyes' to the implications and the liabilities that you may well be taking on as part of your purchase and to put your mind at rest.
A health check on your new house will flag up any major issues and enable you to make an informed decision about whether to proceed and on what basis.
