Andrew Mills is a Chartered Building Surveyor. Prior to establishing Andrew Mills Surveyors in 1977, he worked in London for Knight Frank & Rutley and Hampton & Sons. Since establishing Andrew Mills Surveyors, he has been providing architectural design orientated building surveying services throughout the South West to clients from all over the UK.
