Following the check out, you will be given an opportunity to agree the condition of the property before any deductions can be made from your deposit.
Once both you and the landlord are in agreement, your deposit can be finalised.
If, for any reason, both parties are unable to agree, the dispute will be dealt with by The Dispute Service who will reach an independent decision.
Problems need to be reported to Philip Noble & Son as soon as possible either by contacting office by Phone or by completing our on line maintenance request form.
