1/ Undertaking all design work, producing the required drawings and documents, liaising with the Local Authority on behalf of or with the client and submission and care of the application through to decision of the application on the client's behalf.
2/ A collaborative approach with clients whom require a design / drawing service to supplement there in house team.

2 Floor plans @ 1:50 - complete with dimensions, room sizes, hatching, electrics, kitchen, WC, utility, bathroom and en suite layouts, section line, heating complete with door and window references.
