We currently undertake works for Clients based in both England and Scotland, but would welcome Clients from all areas. Distance is no object.
Drawing on the resources of 20 years experience in the field of Quantity Surveying and Estimating Abacus Construction Estimators was established in 2007, to service small and medium sized Building Companies and Subcontractors.Several Companies and Subcontractors may not have the requirement for a full time Estimator or Quantity Surveyor. On the other hand, Several Companies and Subcontractors who do have full time Estimators or Quantity Surveyors but due to current workload may require additional support.

We offer estimating facilities for loft conversions, basement conversions, extensions, new build for Domestic and Commercial Clients.
We can provide a detailed estimate that shows an accurate; comprehensive and impartial building cost breakdown.
We aim to provide a fast service in this sector as we are aware that the Builders or their Clients will want their price turned round quickly.
