Lomond Land Surveys Ltd. based in Helensburgh, formerly P&L Engineering Surveys Ltd., was established in 1987 to provide a site surveying and setting out service in the central belt of Scotland. We now provide a topographical surveying service throughout Scotland. Detailed site plans are produced, recording all above ground physical and man-made features, as required by Architects, Consulting Engineers, Property Developers, Landscape Architects and Civil Engineers.
Contoured site plans are used in planning applications, designing site layouts, to calculate areas and volumes for earthworks, to determine property boundaries, flood risk assessments and visual impact studies. Information can be supplied in all popular formats including, AutoCAD dwg/dxf files, PDF files, Digital Terrain Models, CSV files, XYZ coordinate spreadsheets and paper prints.
