Having graduated from the University of Reading, Oliver qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999 while working in Oxfordshire.
He moved to East Anglia in 2001 with his wife, Keeley, and established the commercial property department at TW Gaze, leaving after 15 years to set up his own practice.
Known for his love of spreadsheets and his near-obsession with SPAG, Oliver is also a keen musician and wildlife photographer.
An eastender by birth, Joyce's career started in the west end of London working in HR and finance before moving to Norfolk.
