We provide advice and support from the initial concept through to the final design, making sure your requirements are met whilst keeping within the relevant design and planning standards.
We have an excellent record of successful Planning and Building Control Approvals and our experience enables us to give clients a good indication of the likely success of their application prior to submission.
On complicated and/or contentious schemes we will liaise with the Planning Department prior to finalising a design in order to submit the scheme with the best chance for approval and will advise the need for Planning Consultants as necessary.
