D R Mills & Associates is an independent chartered building surveying practice situated in the heart of the world heritage city of Bath. The company was established in 1995 by David Mills FRICS who was made a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1993, and has worked in the City since 1967 gaining considerable local knowledge.
We are a small and friendly firm offering a wide range of services and experience on traditionally constructed properties with a particular focus on the individual needs of our clients.We serve a diverse range of clients, both domestic and commercial, from private individuals through to large landlords and national builders. Based in Bath, we have extensive experience of working within the World Heritage City and its specific conservation requirements.
