Building Schools for Nothing (BSfN) provide consultancy services to schools and multi academy trusts (MATs) to develop strategies for accessing unique funding alternatives to BSF schemes to assist with building new school and educational projects.
BSfN are able to identify and unlock assets that schools own to release funds for much needed new facilities, enabling schools to enjoy the benefits of new buildings at no net cost.
Many schools continue to lack the funds to provide the facilities they desperately need, however cash is often tied up in land that is not fully utilised, or inconveniently located and so BSfN works with the school to utilise these valuable land assets in order to unlock funding opportunities to finance building projects to develop the required facilities.
