White and Gilbert Ltd is run by David White BSc (Hons) Dip BldgSurv MRICS CMaPS, a Chartered Surveyor, CDM Adviser and a Historic Building Consultant. This Practice has an extensive service taking projects from inception (often starting with a survey), drawing up existing and proposed plans, applying for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, producing specifications for the work, issuing tender documents and contract administration.
The Practice can also take on the CDM Adviser role as an additional or standalone service. The Director is a Chartered Member of the Association of Project Safety and can assist the client to fulfil their duty under the Construction Design and Management Regulations (2015).
