The team at Clem Dobson Associates understands property, it interests us and we're always keen to use our knowledge to make our client's property a more useful and valuable asset. We are proud to be associated with Exmouth Market, Clerkenwell which comprises an eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes, bars, independent shops and market stalls.
Most of the food outlets have outside seating which promotes a fashionable pavement cafe atmosphere and no doubt contributed towards the Academy of Urbanism's decision to award this "vibrant and well-managed" street the Great Street Award in 2011.Taking its name from the Exmouth Arms pub, the area has been a market place since the 1890s.

Services
Founded in Worcestershire in 1994 as a Chartered Surveying practice by Clem Dobson, our purpose has always been to provide a professional property consultancy geared to the specific needs of the property owner.
People own property for many different reasons: for example, it may be a necessary operational part of a business, it may be part of a property company's portfolio or it may be part of a wider investment fund.
In some cases, the owner will wish to be closely involved with the property and in others he will want to pass the running of the property over to a consultant.

Jackie joined the firm in 1998 after 13 years in banking, the latter part of which was spent in a corporate lending role for one of the major retail banks.
She has extensive experience in all areas of property management, has a Master's degree in Real Estate Management and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
She has been advising the firm's clients for many years and progressed to the position of partner in 2010 and has owned the business since 2016.
After starting his career with the property division of one of the big banks and then moving to Grimleys in Birmingham, now Avison Young, Clem started the firm in 1994, specialising in commercial investment management.

To illustrate how we work and give an idea of the range of our involvement on client's properties, we have showcased 3 current instructions.
The first, Exmouth Market, is a mixed commercial and residential holding in Clerkenwell.
The second, Portland Mews, is a wholly commercial investment in Soho and the third, Birmingham Royal Ballet, is a facilities management role which we undertake for this internationally acclaimed dance company.

Our involvement with Birmingham Royal Ballet (BRB) dates back to 1994 in respect of their occupation of their custom-built headquarters premises in Birmingham City Centre along with their Midlands-based warehousing facilities.
BRB are one of the UK's four major ballet companies and the leading touring classical company.
They expect their property assets to perform a huge variety of functions, from dance studios and a physiotherapy pool to office accommodation for off-stage staff.
The headquarters premises are used not only by dancers and off-stage staff, but also for schools and communities works and underwent a 2.7m major refurbishment programme in 2014 to provide first class facilities befitting such a prestigious organisation.
