Kinnear Miller Associates are a very experienced and long established Professional Quantity Surveying Practice which was setup in Ellesmere Port in 1977. The practice provides high quality, fast and efficient professional quantity surveying, cost consultancy and project management on projects throughout the length and breadth of the United Kingdom.
Our key clients are the major national companies in retail, pub and hotel sectors for whom we carry out the full range of pre and post contract quantity surveying duties from initial feasibility through to full final account agreement. We are also experienced and active in the Local Authority, Boutique Hotels, Care Home and Private Medical & Dental sectors and on occasion we have completed projects for HM Forces both at home and abroad.
We specialise in the fast track nature of all stages of the construction process as demanded by our clients and the industry, we will take briefs on or off site and produce initial feasibility estimates and project cost analyses as required, and we provide the full range of quantity surveying services from feasibility through to settlement of final account.
