Party Wall surveying is a growing area in property and Steve has been on several training courses to remain up to date and worked for several years with building and adjoining owners to advise and help. We carry out surveys and reports and advise on many building issues. This might include cracks in the structure of a building, dampness, poor workmanship or situations where disputes have arisen over poor work.
Architectural services are also part of our remit, involving a full building design service from small kitchen extensions through to larger scale commercial refurbishments.
