DB Real Estate was formed by Nigel Dickason who has been dealing with commercial property transactions throughout the wider Thames Valley and Surrey areas for approaching 30 years.
Immediately prior to establishing DB Real Estate, Nigel was a partner of Baker Davidson Thomas and opened the Blackwater Valley office in 1999, from 1990 to 1999 Nigel was an Associate Partner of Vail Williams and worked in both the Camberley and the Staines/Egham offices.

A new access road for Sheerwater has been given the go ahead and will give both existing businesses and residents improved access to the Sheerwater area which, in turn, has immediately been the key to retaining 130 existing jobs and creating the opportunity for over 300 new jobs for the area.
