We are a family run business, based in Birmingham covering the West Midlands for residential and the whole of the UK for commercial surveying services. Established in 2010, we are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors having built our reputation on providing tailored advice on all property and building types. Husband and wife team, Dawn and Neil Williams, have over forty years combined experience in surveying commercial and residential property.
Fellow team members include Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer Hannah Shrimpton joining the business in 2016 and bringing with her a wealth of experience and valuation expertise on residential property. Nicola Salt joined the practice in 2017 as a secretary supporting Dawn, Neil and Hannah in running the office and is the king pin to the team.

Dawn Williams completed a BSC (Hons) and Building Surveying at the University of Central England in 1999 progressing to Chartered status in 2005.
Neil is qualified in building surveying at the University of Central England in 2000 progressing to Chartered status in 2003 with Chesterton International PLC.
