Services
Midland Property Surveys Limited is operated by a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor who started surveying in 1988 and qualified in 2001 with the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), and in 2003 with The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
As a fully RICS regulated Chartered Building Surveying practice, you have complete peace of mind that Midland Property Surveys Limited will deal with you in a professional way and that we meet the highest standards stipulated by the RICS.
We are totally independent of all estate agents, mortgage companies, banks and building societies.
The survey will be carried out by a Chartered Building Surveyor (either MRICS or FRICS).
Both of our surveyors have at least thirty years of building industry technical knowledge.
We are RICS Regulated Chartered Building Surveyors who have in-depth technical knowledge, defect diagnosis and building pathology experience.
We do not use unqualified surveyors, surveyors who are not affiliated to the RICS, AssocRICS surveyors nor any other type of Chartered Surveyor.
Our surveys include photographs and detail remedial actions to defects (most Homebuyer's Reports and a lot of competitor's independent and RICS licensed Building Surveys do not).
There are lots of surveyors offering surveys and it can be confusing for house buyers who only buy a house on average, once every ten years.
So where do you start when trying to choose the company to carry out your survey?
Firstly, our advice is to not use the bank or building society to carry out any form of survey other than the valuation.
They often use AssocRICS surveyors who can have very little experience.
The surveyors usually have to travel many miles to carry out a long list of surveys that they must complete that day; this is not conducive to carrying out a thorough, in-depth survey.
Many thanks for your quick reply.
As we mentioned, we have been more than impressed by your service on Kingsbury Road and we value your advice as it has probably helped us save thousands of pounds (thank you).
We will be in touch for our next project.
I just wanted to say many thanks for the very comprehensive report you prepared for me.
The way in which you set out all of the information was incredibly helpful and made the reading of it so much easier.
Also, the pictures you provided within the report were extremely useful and helped illustrate the points you raised.
