We take dimensions accurately from architect's drawings and provide values from a predetermined Schedule of Rates.
By rule all our work is measured from the Seventh Edition of the Standard Method of Measurement (SMM7) when we measure work.
This ensures a consistent approach and promotes good practice and standardisation.
