Atlas Surveyors was established in 2007 by Nick Bennett, MRICS and Raj Ram Bsc(Hons), MRICS as a surveying practice specialising in valuations and condition surveys (Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys) of residential property. We have offices in Bedford and Milton Keynes and cover a large geographic area between the northern Home counties and the Midlands.

Nick Bennett has been a Chartered Surveyor for over 30 years and has experience with two of the leading private practices in the UK as well as with leading property owning companies and institutions.
As a specialist Registered Valuer and residential surveyor he can provide advice on all types of buildings including Listed and historic buildings as well as the more standard types.

This type of Condition Survey is suitable if you large, older or run-down property, a building that is unusual or altered, or if you're planning major works.
It costs more than the Homebuyer Report & Valuation because it gives detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property.
A building survey does not include a valuation, but your surveyor may be able to provide this as a separate extra service.
