From our offices in Berkshire, Essex and Kent we offer a dynamic, personal and professional approach to all aspects of residential and commercial valuation and surveying. The firm is regulated by the RICS, complying fully with RICS best practice, and holding the required Professional Indemnity Cover.

We have good connections with local solicitors, conveyancers, estate agents and surveyors. Ben is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He has predominantly worked as a Valuation Surveyor and Building Surveyor; however his twenty years of experience include managing a medium sized property portfolio, and the project management of various developments in London, Leeds and Manchester.
His varied knowledge of the property industry enables him to provide expert advice for Residential and Commercial Valuation, and Landlord and Tenant matters.
