Can I be there whilst the Surveyor is at the property? We normally advise that you are not there for the Survey as we do not want the Surveyor distracted from the inspection. Will someone let me know when the Survey is booked? You should receive a call from your broker advising that an appointment date has been confirmed. Our Surveyor will provide a detailed report indicating and issues or improvements that can assist you in buying or selling a property in todays market.
This non-invasive inspection is carried out on both the interior and exterior elements of the property and comment on any structural concerns that will require further attention.
