Michael James Lee, BSc, Build E, FCABE, FRICS, has over 35 years of surveying and engineering experience covering both local authority as a building control surveyor and also as a London district surveyor, together with private practice experience with one of the largest chartered building surveying practices in the region.

I carry out a substantial number of full structural/building surveys for clients of residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
