We are a Tyneside based firm of Chartered Surveyors and focus our geographical coverage throughout Tyne & Wear and Northumberland.
Our expertise covers residential and commercial property management, including service charges; professional work including commercial rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring; residential and commercial valuations and surveys including Schedules of Conditions and Dilapidations; Leasehold Enfranchisement and Extension valuations and negotiations.
We also prepare lease plans for a variety of properties.
