We are a completely independent practice with no links to any estate agents or financial institutions involved in the selling of properties or the provision of mortgages. Our principal, Nick King B.Sc. (Hons) MRICS has over 25 years experience in the survey and valuation of residential property ranging from modern one bedroom flats up to large period properties.
Chartered Building Surveyors are members of the Building Surveying Division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and are regarded as the "Building Doctors" of the property profession. Chartered Surveyors are bound by the strict standards and Codes of Practice laid down by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Based in Bishop's Stortford we serve East Hertfordshire including the towns of Sawbridgeworth, Ware, Hertford, Buntingford, Royston, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, etc.
