We provide a dedicated investment advisory service to ensure that our clients objectives are achieved. We work closely with our occupier clients understanding their specific needs and requirements. MP Real Estate is a firm of Chartered Surveyors whose principal focus is delivering expert independent advice and results to their clients. Our areas of expertise are in development and investment agency across all property sectors with a focus on business space, retail and leisure.

We work with landlords, developers, occupiers and investors to provide a fully integrated advisory service encompassing capital markets, development, agency and asset management. Andrew specialises in investment, development and asset management across the major commercial property sectors to include business space, retail and leisure.
He has over 30 years experience in investment agency gained at some of the leading property advisors in the UK.
Andrew was previously head of the Cambridge office of Lambert Smith Hampton and prior to that worked for Savills, Hartnell Taylor Cook and Richard Ellis, in London's West End.
He has represented many of the major institutional investors and property companies throughout the United Kingdom, with much of his work involving the provision of strategic advice and maximising total returns from direct property investment.
We work closely with our occupier clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements and identifying opportunities for expansion.
This can range from negotiating site acquisitions for direct development by the client, pre lets in new developments or buying/leasing existing buildings.
We find the sites, investigate planning, advise on value and negotiate terms and liaise with the lawyers to ensure contractual commitment.
We focus on occupiers in a number of key sectors including supermarkets, non food retail warehousing, budget hotels, leisure and food led destination pubs and restaurants.
Aldi is Britain's fifth largest supermarket with over 900 stores and around 38,000 employees.
Ideally these sites will be located on principal roads with prominent main road frontages.
Aldi prefer to purchase freehold, green field or brown field, town or edge of centre sites suitable for a new Aldi store - generally this tends to require sites of circa 1.75 acres - but they are also prepared to take leases on stores within new developments.
Aldi's standard requirement is for stores of 19,418 sq ft (1,804 sq m) with 120 adjacent and dedicated car parking spaces.
