The proposal incorporates the enhancement of the entire building by seeking to upgrade the 1980s facade with high quality materials, commensurate with a prime Fitzrovia streetscape.
Our services on this project included administration of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 acting for the building owner.
The six-storey building, arranged over lower ground to fifth floor levels is Grade II Listed and falls within the Harley Street Conservation Area.
