Born in Doncaster, David attended Ashby-de-la-Zouch Boys Grammar School and always had a keen interest in Maths.
From there he went on to study at Leicester Polytechnic and finally at Cambridge College of Arts and Technology where he successfully completed the RICS course.
David's robust professional experience commenced at the firm of Lewis & Marshall, Chartered Quantity Surveyors, in Cambridge; from there he moved to East Cambridgeshire District Council and was appointed as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
