The government has issued official guidance telling people in the early stages of buying or selling their home to delay the transaction while emergency measures were in place. It said that no visitors were allowed into properties, including estate agents, surveyors and potential buyers. Building Surveyors north London we undertake both Building Surveys (formerly known as Structural Surveys) and Homebuyer reports.

Party Wall advice is offered both pre-sale and to existing home owners undertaking building work. We undertake Pre-Acquisition surveys or Condition Surveys for annexation to a new lease and commentary on the lease plan. We also offer Contract Administration where refurbishment of Commercial Premises is required prior to occupancy and Dilapidations advice and schedules.

However, with the provision of some additional services and reviews it can be used to inform and produce due diligence/acquisition surveys; planned preventative maintenance reports; statutory compliance reviews and fit-out feasibility.
