AWP Consulting LLP is an independent building surveying and project management practice. Based between York and Harrogate in North Yorkshire, we operate nationally for corporate and not for profit clients and regionally for private individuals where commissions tend to be smaller. AWP Consulting was set up in 2001 by John Allen.
Starting with a degree in Building Technology and later adding building surveying and management qualifications, he has worked in contracting, property management and consultancy.
Ann Allen is also a chartered surveyor and has wide experience across the property development and management, retail, national government and education sectors.
We remain a small, single location practice through choice as we believe our clients value our consistent, personal, highly qualified experienced services.
