Patterson Surveying is an independent surveying firm in Belfast run by Paul Patterson BSc Est. Man. MRICS. We carry out private valuations and RICS HomeBuyer surveys for homeowners and landlords. We provide unbiased, independent advice and are proud to be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We carry out surveys for clients within a 25 mile radius of Belfast, including Bangor, Newtownards, Carrickfergus, Downpatrick.
We are extremely flexible and can visit your property before 9am or in the evening if it is more convenient for you. Paul graduated from the University of Ulster at Jordanstown in 1988 and has been a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1991. Paul took his professional exams whilst working at John McQuaid and Sons before moving onto Countrywide Surveyors based in Belfast, Ballyclare and Portadown.
He subsequently spent a number of years at Hampton Estates Belfast, managing and developing their professional services, before establishing Patterson Surveying in 2006.
