Pimy's Ltd are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors providing a full range of building and property related services. We offer an honest, professional client focused service for both public and private sector clients. Please see our commercial or residential services and do not hesitate to contact us for further information or a quotation. I just wanted to say that as a company we were very impressed with the service you provided.
The main thing that impressed me personally the most was the fact that you gave us a precise time that your surveyor would be at the property. I cannot tell you how frustrated we get on an almost daily basis when we are told by a surveying company that they can only give us a window of between 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm. This means we have to blank out either the entire morning or afternoon which is hardly conducive to running a business!
I was also very impressed when Steve Platten offered to return my clients house key back to me once he had finished as I had meetings to attend and couldn't wait around.

An interesting conversion of vacant offices in a four-storey block, very close in proximity to the railway station.
The project involved the reordering of the lower part of the building and the entire third floor from administrative use to specialist medical diagnostic laboratories for the private sector.
The specifically bespoke services for such an operation required unique installations for the most up to date technical facilities and highly specialised testing equipment.
Due to the restricted and confined location, scaffolding was unachievable, so all external work was carried out by lanyards and harnessed operatives.

A substantial residence standing in extensive grounds on the outskirts of Newmarket.
Privately owned and currently used as a function venue.
Was erected from significant funds accumulated by horse racing successes and lavishly embellished with panelled interior.
The recent project was to convert the first floor from existing residential use to separate en-suite bedrooms to accommodate attendees of the functions.
Re- ordering the mechanical and electrical services and adjustment of non-structural walls took place whilst the rest of the building was fully functional was a challenge but surmounted.
