Tom of JRV was quick and accurate with his survey of the property his report was very prompt and our follow up questions were aswered quickly even when he was on leave I have no hesitation in recommending JRV

Just have a survey done on a property by Mathew Whitehurst of JRV Surveys and have to say it was an absolutely brilliant survey. It was specific, well documented and covered all aspects of the property, garage, conservatory and garden. JRV were very efficient and provided a very comprehensive Home Buyers Survey report. The report provided reassurance that the asking price for the house was reasonable, notwithstanding some work was required. We were able to negotiate a reduced price on the strength of the report.

I selected JRV from a number of surveyors recommended to me by an online comparison site. I selected them on the basis of reasonable price, and the sample Homebuyer Document that they sent to me for prior approval. It was well layed out and easy to read. JRV were quick to respond to my email and flexible enough to fit in my HB survey to fast timelines (early morning (8am) survey). An electronic copy of the completed report was emailed to me in the afternoon (it was contemporaneously prepared).

There were about 150 supporting photographs. I was able to have a robust and reassuring/confirmatory conversation with Tom Jarvis, who conducted the survey, by phone within an hour of receiving it. I have been very impressed by the professionalism of Tom Jarvis at JRV, who has been my point of contact throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend JRV surveyors for their awesome all round service.
